- Door Knobs – A lot of older homes have door knobs that are worn, rusted or just plain ugly. Replacing the knobs is a great way to achieve an updated look. Not only are new door knobs visually appealing, they are also really inexpensive.
- Home Accents – Accents such as new trim or crown molding can really help to accessorize a room and won’t break the bank or take up a lot of your time.
The improvements listed above are a great way for homeowners to spruce up their homes without taking up too much time or resources. Most of these projects can be completed over the weekend.
